More smiles, more talking and cooing, more grasping....this week Austin just seems to be growing so much! I forgot to mention that last week we got a genuine laugh out of him, although we haven't heard it again. His head control seems to be getting so good, that I tried sitting him in the bumbo chair that Melody gave us. Turns out he seemed to like sitting up for a bit. I gave him a few toys to grab and he seemed to be enjoying it. Until I got this face - I think he was done sitting in the chair:

Its pretty cute to watch him 'play' with toys now that he grabs things with his little hands. This little blanket/rattle that Molly Haynes sent him seems to be quite a hit. Although I'm not sure if he wants to play with it or eat it!
We stopped by daycare again today for a few hours and Austin seemed to be okay with being there. The true test will be next week when I leave him there for a few hours without me. I'm sure it'll be harder on me than on him! We're off tomorrow to visit with some of my friends from work before my maternity leave is over!!
