Its one of them "Rentals"

When we were at Home Depot a few weeks ago, a guy that was helping us decided to go off on a rant about how the old neighborhoods around here aren't the same as they used to be. The memorable statement of the conversation was "You know what I hate? Them rentals". Well, it made us laugh when we had to break it to him that we were going to be renting out our house. Yep, we're trying to become 'one of them rentals'. We finally signed up with a property management company last week, only to be extremely disappointed in them when several days later they have yet to return any of our calls and still haven't posted our rental ad on their website. We're thinking that this week we'll call another company and see if we can find someone who will do a better job. We fly outta here on Sept 7th, so time's definitely ticking!
