April Showers bring May Flowers??

Well, after living out here in the desert for a few years, we've learned one thing. Its probably not "April" showers that bring May flowers. We finally had our first measurable rain fall last week in I don't know how many weeks. But despite this, the desert is in full bloom thanks to a rainy winter. As is our back yard, thanks to a few trips to SummerWinds Nursery and AZ Cactus sales. The yard has come a long way since we moved in. Here's a reminder of what it looked like:
